Steps towards getting your vehicle fixed (in depth):
1. File Claim Contact: your insurance company to file a claim. You will get a claim number.
2. Claim Review: The insurance company will review the details of your claim, determine if the incident is covered, and assess the loss or damage.
3. Insurance: Adjuster Inspection An insurance adjuster will inspect the vehicle and give you a claim report or will have you go to your preferred repair shop to send them an estimate of the damage.
4. Paintless: Dent Repair / Auto Body Shop Inspection: after the repair shop has sent off any supplemental damage the adjuster may have missed, we are ready to schedule in your vehicle.
5. Schedule Repairs: Schedule a day/time with the repair shop to have your vehicle dropped off so the repairs may begin once the insurance company approves everything. Please provide us your rental car reservation # so we may have it ready for you upon drop off.
6. In-Shop Repairs: A repair and install team will remove interior panels to prep for paintless dent repair. Once the car is ready a PDR technician will use specialized process and tools to gently massage the dents out from the inside panels of the car. After all of the panels have been fixed the repair and install team will re-assemble the panels. At this point, quality control will inspect and wash the vehicle.
7. Delivery: Anytime between 3-15 business days, your vehicle will be returned in pre-damaged condition and also detailed inside and out.
